Returns & terms

All PeptOnline peptides are perishable biological materials and are dispatched under strict cold-chain conditions, maintained at 2–8°C from our UK laboratory to your delivery address.

Each shipment includes a single-use temperature indicator. Upon receipt, check that the indicator confirms the cold chain was maintained throughout transit.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that are defective on arrival or where cold-chain integrity has been compromised. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any reason other than a verified product defect.

A product is considered defective if it arrives damaged, leaking, or with a failed temperature indicator confirming the cold chain was broken in transit.

Any product delivered with expired cold-chain proof (a failed or activated temperature indicator) must be reported to PeptOnline within 2 hours of delivery. Reports received after this window will not be eligible for return or exchange.

To report, email contact@peptonline.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the temperature indicator and the product packaging taken immediately on delivery.

Approved defective items will be exchanged for a like-for-like replacement dispatched under fresh cold-chain conditions at no additional cost to the customer.

Where an identical replacement is unavailable, PeptOnline will offer an equivalent exchange or a full refund at our discretion. Original items must not be used; used or tampered products cannot be exchanged.

Orders are dispatched on the next UK working day and delivered via tracked cold-chain courier. Ensure someone is available to receive the package and refrigerate it at 2–8°C immediately upon arrival.

PeptOnline cannot be held responsible for cold-chain failure resulting from customer unavailability at the point of delivery or delayed refrigeration after receipt.

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research purposes only and are not licensed for human or veterinary administration. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local regulations.

Prices include tracked cold-chain delivery within the UK. Payment is taken securely via Wallid Pay — your bank details are not shared with PeptOnline during the transaction. PeptOnline reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Customers must be home to accept packages on delivery. Due to the cold-chain nature of our products, if there is no answer at the property, the parcel will be left at the property on delivery — it cannot be returned to the depot and redelivered another day, as this would break the cold chain.

If a parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, PeptOnline will not be held responsible, and refunds or exchanges will not be offered. It is imperative that someone is home to accept the parcel on delivery.
